 On Saturday, January 16, 2016, Aliso Hills Taekwon-do in Aliso Viejo, CA, held a Black Belt Promotion Testing Event. The panel of examiners included Master Paul D'Ambrosio, owner of Aliso HIlls Taekwon-do and special guest examiner, Master Tony Morris of Asheville Sun-Soo Taekwon-do in North Carolina, as well as Master Jessica Sabetian and Hapkido Master Edward Bussey of Aliso Hills Taekwon-do. A highlight of the day was when several testers were given the opportunity to share their personal essays, reading them out loud to the audience. The poignant and sometimes very emotional testimonies were inspiring and affected each person in the room.
